Bangaram Island

Bangaram is a teardrop-shaped uninhabited atoll in the Lakshadweep archipelago, accessible only by speed boat from Agatti (40 minutes). The island is home to Bangaram Island Resort, operated by CGH Earth, which is the only luxury private-island accommodation in Lakshadweep. The resort occupies the entire island, so every guest experiences an uncrowded, private-feeling environment unlike any other Indian resort. The outer reef at Bangaram is world-class for diving, including the famous MV Transporter wreck at 30 metres. The lagoon is shallow, warm, and teeming with marine life visible from the surface.
