Overview
Thinnakara is a tiny uninhabited islet near Agatti — so small you can walk its entire perimeter in under 20 minutes. A small premium camp operates here seasonally, offering tent-style accommodation that is genuinely off the grid: no roads, no noise, no other guests sharing your shore.
This 7-night itinerary combines three nights on Thinnakara (for the raw, stripped-back island experience) with four nights at the Bangaram Island Resort — comfortable beach cottages, a dining room, and guided water activities on demand. The combination gives you both the solitude and the comfort that make this the most complete Lakshadweep experience available.
All inter-island logistics, meals, permits, and activities are managed end to end. This is a premium package — limited availability per season.
Itinerary
Fly to Agatti · Camp Transfer to Thinnakara
Morning flight from Kochi. Short motorboat transfer to Thinnakara camp (25 mins). Welcome coconut on arrival. Settle into your beach tent. Sunset walk around the islet perimeter. Private bonfire dinner.
Thinnakara — Reef Snorkelling & Solitude
Morning reef snorkel from the shore — turtles nest on the beach. Breakfast under the palms. No schedule, no itinerary — just the island. Afternoon kayak. Stars from the shore after dinner.
Thinnakara — Glass-Bottom Boat · Final Shore Dinner
Morning glass-bottom boat over the coral patch. Afternoon free. Final evening on the islet — a private candle-lit dinner on the sand with a personalised menu prepared by the camp cook.
Transfer to Bangaram · Check In to Resort
Morning transfer to Agatti, then speedboat to Bangaram. Check in to a beach cottage at Bangaram Island Resort. Lunch, rest, and an afternoon swim in the Bangaram lagoon — noticeably larger and deeper than Thinnakara.
Bangaram Reef Dives or Snorkel Safari
Full snorkel safari on the outer reef in the morning (dive option available at surcharge for certified divers). Afternoon at leisure — spa treatment, hammock, or kayak. Dinner at the resort dining room.
Sunset Dhow Cruise · Beach Dinner
A classic Lakshadweep day: snorkelling in the morning, a long lunch, reading or swimming in the afternoon. Private sunset dhow (traditional boat) cruise around the Bangaram lagoon. Return for a beach dinner for two.
Last Lagoon Morning · Packing
Final morning swim. Checkout at noon. Afternoon rest on the beach before the early next-day departure. Optional evening walk along the western shore.
