Overview
Lakshadweep is unusual among Indian destinations in that it genuinely scales well for groups — the resorts are compact, the islands are quiet, and the activities (snorkelling, kayaking, beach cricket, fishing) are naturally social without needing to organise formal group events.
This 5-night itinerary splits the group across Agatti (2 nights) and Kadmat (3 nights) — two quite different islands. Agatti is the transit point, well-developed with a good reef easily accessible from shore. Kadmat is narrower, surrounded by a longer uninterrupted lagoon, and has one of the best snorkelling channels in the archipelago.

Itinerary
Fly to Agatti · Group Check-In
Morning flight from Kochi. Group permit check on arrival. Transfer to Agatti Beach Resort. Afternoon introductory snorkel from the resort jetty. Group welcome dinner.
Agatti Reef Snorkel · Kayak Race
Guided group snorkel on the outer reef (turtles, reef sharks common). After lunch, an informal kayak race across the lagoon. Evening: bonfire on the beach, group BBQ, and stargazing over the open sea.
Inter-Island Transfer to Kadmat
Morning boat to Kadmat (approx. 2.5 hrs on a passenger vessel). Arrive midday, check in. Afternoon explore the island on foot — Kadmat is 9km long but barely 200m wide in parts. Evening fishing off the eastern jetty.
Kadmat Channel Snorkel · Water Sports
Guided snorkel through the Kadmat channel — strong current drift, brilliant visibility, large schools of fish. Afternoon water sports: group kayak safari along the lagoon shoreline. Beach volleyball before dinner.
Free Day · Group Activities
A flexible day for the group to self-organise: optional scuba introduction session, more snorkelling, beach cricket, or just relaxed swimming. Sunset glass-bottom boat trip. Final group dinner.
Return Boat to Agatti · Flight Home
Morning boat back to Agatti. Packed group lunch at the airport. Afternoon departure to Kochi. Package concludes on arrival.
